HASTELLOY ALLOY COIL
Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is mostly used in aviation, chemical fields, etc.
Hastelloy C-22: This is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with better overall corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing media.
Hastelloy C-2000: This is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy designed to resist more corrosive compounds, including sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and is the most comprehensive corrosion-resistant alloy.
Hastelloy C-4: This is an austenitic low-carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy suitable for aerospace, chemical, marine engineering and other fields, with excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
PRODUCT USES
In the chemical and petrochemical fields, Hastelloy coils are used to manufacture equipment and components that come into contact with corrosive chemicals; in marine engineering, they are used to resist seawater corrosion; in the energy industry, they are used to manufacture high-temperature and corrosion-resistant equipment; in environmental protection equipment, they are used to improve the corrosion resistance and service life of equipment; in aerospace, they are used to manufacture aircraft engine components and spacecraft structural parts, etc.
