MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
The main components of nickel alloy plates include nickel, chromium, iron and other elements. Usually, the nickel content is high, generally between 32% and 58%, and the chromium content is around 19% to 22%. In addition, it may also contain a small amount of copper, molybdenum and other elements. These components give nickel alloy plates excellent corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of various strong acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) and strong alkalis (such as sodium hydroxide), and also have good resistance to chloride ion corrosion. In addition, nickel alloy plates can still maintain good corrosion resistance at high temperatures, and their oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance are still excellent under high temperature conditions.
