RRB400 rebar is a residual heat treated ribbed rebar with a yield strength level of 400MPa. This rebar is strengthened by high temperature quenching and residual heat treatment, but its ductility, weldability and mechanical connection performance are reduced.


CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

The chemical composition of RRB400 rebar includes elements such as carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S). The specific chemical composition ratio is as follows:

Carbon (C): 0.25%

Silicon (Si): 0.80%

Manganese (Mn): 1.60%

Phosphorus (P): 0.045%

Sulfur (S): 0.04%‌
