H96 COPPER COIL
h96 is an industrial brass used for cold and hot pressure processing. It has higher strength than pure copper (but it is the lowest among ordinary brasses), good electrical and thermal conductivity, high corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water, good plasticity, easy to form, weld, forge and tin, and no tendency to stress corrosion cracking. Heat treatment range: hot working temperature 775~850℃; annealing temperature 540~600℃.
PRODUCT USE
Cooling Equipment: H96 copper coil performs well in the manufacture of cooling equipment and is often used to manufacture condensers, radiators and cooling pipes. Its high strength and good thermal conductivity enable it to operate stably under high temperature and high pressure environments, effectively improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the equipment.
Electronic Devices: In the manufacture of electronic devices, H96 copper coil is often used to manufacture contact sheets, conductive joints and connectors. Its excellent conductivity and good processing properties, especially easy welding and forging, make it an indispensable material choice in electronic circuits. At the same time, the high strength and corrosion resistance of H96 copper coil ensure the stability and reliability of electronic equipment in long-term use.
Industrial Equipment Parts: As an easy-to-process brass alloy, H96 copper coil is widely used in the manufacture of precision mechanical parts such as bearings, gears and valves. Its good plasticity and tensile strength make it suitable for various hot and cold pressure processing processes, and can meet the high requirements of complex industrial equipment for strength and durability. Building Decoration Materials: H96 copper coil is often used to manufacture building decorations such as door and window frames, decorative panels, etc. due to its good ductility and beautiful surface texture. Chemical Equipment: The corrosion resistance of H96 copper coil makes it an ideal material for the manufacture of chemical equipment, especially those pipes and tanks exposed to corrosive environments.
